Cai Griffiths set for third spell with Ospreys

The Ospreys have re-signed prop Cai Griffiths from London Welsh.

Griffiths, 30, will return to the club for a third spell on a one-year deal. In all, he has made more than 120 appearances for the Ospreys.

"It's good to be back where I consider my home region," Griffiths said. "I had an amazing time with London Welsh last season and was part of a special experience, but I am really happy to be rejoining the Ospreys. I am looking forward to a fresh start and another challenge."
