England full-back Mike Brown has been ruled out of Harlequins' Premiership showdown with Saracens at Wembley after showing signs of concussion after the Six Nations win over France.

Brown will not play again until April 11 after experiencing dizziness earlier this week. Ross Chisholm will replace him at Wembley.

The 29-year-old was knocked unconscious during the opening stages of England's 47-17 win over Italy in February and missed the defeat by Ireland before returning to face Scotland.

Fellow England internationals Chris Robshaw, Joe Marler and Nick Easter will all return for Harlequins, while Ugo Monye and Kyle Sinckler are recalled after missing the 26-20 win over London Irish and George Robson makes his 200th appearance for the club.

Mako and Billy Vunipola and Alex Goode all return to the Saracens starting XV, but Owen Farrell, who missed the entire Six Nations campaign, is still sidelined by a serious knee ligament injury.
