Bristol look to Argentina for help

Argentina international Felipe Contepomi has signed a two-year contract to join struggling Zurich Premiership club Bristol.

He will join his compatriots, scrum-half Agustin Pichot and centre Eduardo Simone.

The 23-year-old fly half will complete his medical studies as an overseas student at the University of Bristol.

Bristol are one off the bottom of the table, having lost their last five league. And they are unlikely to get much change from table topper Leicester on Saturday.

It is not known yet whether Contepomi will be making his debut.
