Confident Bolt focused on Moscow

Usain Bolt insists it is very important that he regains the 100m world title after being disqualified on his last appearance at the World Championships in Daegu.

Bolt won his first world title in 2009, setting the world record with a blistering 9.58sec in Berlin, but false-started in the final two years later, leaving fellow Jamaican Yohan Blake to claim the title.

And the six-time Olympic champion, who heads to Moscow as the overwhelming favourite, is determined to top the podium on August 11.

"Of course it's very important [to win back the title]," Bolt told BBC Sport. "Right now I'm in good shape, focused, feeling well, training hard and I'm ready."

Bolt - who heads to Russia as the defending 200m world champion - has run the fastest times in both events in 2013, and insists there is more to come from him this season.

"I want to keep winning every race that I compete in and the 100m and 200m finals in Moscow will be the biggest races for me this year," added Bolt.

"My season has been good, I'm getting stronger every week and my execution and speed endurance is steadily improving."
