I punch harder than the Klitschkos - Fury

Tyson Fury has told David Haye to step aside because he is adamant it is his time to prove the Klitschko brothers are not unbeatable.

Fury enters into a British and Commonwealth heavyweight title clash with Dereck Chisora on Saturday night, convinced victory will propel him towards a bout with either Vitali or Wladimir Klitschko. The 23-year-old is yet to lose in his professional career, and unlike Haye he has a 6ft 9in frame to negate the size advantage of the Ukrainians.

First he must overcome Chisora, who refused to perform media duties at Friday's weigh-in after being angered by Fury's comments that he would "kill" him. The British Boxing Board of Control even refused to sanction the traditional face-off, and Fury is promising fireworks on Saturday.

"We're both big punches and we both don't like each other, so it's going to be a good old-fashioned barnburner," he predicted on Sky Sports News.

Following Haye's loss to Wladimir Klitschko, there are few rivals to the Ukrainian at the top of the heavyweight ladder, but Fury claims even Klitschko's coach Emanuel Steward knows his man would be in trouble in a potential future bout.

"I'm going to hit him with more punches than he's been hit with in the last 10 fights he's had. I'm young, ambitious, big, strong and fast and I can punch as well," said Fury. "I've been in the Klitschko camp and I've sparred with him first hand. I know how to beat him. I've trained with Emanuel Steward, he says I punch harder than both Klitschkos.

"I tell you one thing. When I do fight for the heavyweight championship, I won't go to make any numbers up. I'll be fully prepared, fully focused, I'll be as fit as I can, and I'll go there and snatch the title."

Asked if Haye should retire after his points loss, which the Brit blamed on a broken toe, Fury told the Hayemaker to keep fighting. However, he did warn his countryman to get to the back of the queue for another run at either of the Klitschkos.

"I'd say to David Haye keep trying because you don't want to go out on a performance like that with the broken toe. To be honest though it's my time now, he's finished, he got beat, he showed he wasn't a big enough man to handle Klitschko's jab."
