I'm a beast, no-one can stop me - Froch

WBC super-middleweight champion Carl Froch went on the offensive at a New York press conference alongside Andre Ward, telling his October 29 opponent that he feels no-one in boxing has the power to stop him.
The one defeat on Froch's record - against Mikkel Kessler last year - came via a unanimous points decision and, if you believe the bookmakers, he is set to suffer the same fate when he takes on WBA king Ward in the final of the Super Six Classic.
But Froch claims he is all too aware that Ward will be looking to the judges to award him the victory, and as a result the Brit wants to close the fight within the distance.
"I don't feel Andre Ward has the got the punching power and even if he did, I've got a granite chin. I can't be stopped. I'm a beast," Froch said. "It's as simple as that. You can't knock me out. You can laugh all you want. I will not be stopped.
"If there is a knockout in this fight, it will come from me, that's for sure. I've got the ability to hit Andre Ward on the chin with one shot and stretch him out. He hasn't.
"The best he can do is try to win a points decision, which is fair enough. He's got to try and use his abilities to the best he can and try to steal a points verdict off me. I'm in there trying to take him out, simple as that."
