Kenny Anderson has warned British super-middleweight champion George Groves to be ready for a mighty fall when they step into the ring in March.

Anderson, who suffered the only defeat of his career at the hands of Groves in November 2010, will have revenge on his mind when they resume rivalries at Wembley Arena on March 16.

Since their last fight, Groves has enjoyed meteoric success, wrenching the British title off Olympic champion James DeGale as well as defending his Commonwealth crown against Paul Smith.

While many believe Groves, who is now unbeaten in 14 fights as a professional, is ready for a world title shot, Anderson believes he will expose Groves' flaws, and is confident of condemning the 23-year-old to the first knockout of his career.

"I remember the first fight very clearly. Everyone saw it, everyone knows what happened, but that's done now," Anderson said. "I have improved. People might think he is destined to beat me but that will not happen at all.

"This is going to work out for me. I am going to smash him. I am not exactly known for my back-foot style or anything like that, so it will be a knockout. I think he will get smashed pretty early on."

Anderson was knocked out in the sixth round by Groves at the MEN Arena in Manchester, and memories of the defeat still smarts.

"It does come into my head sometimes," Anderson said. "It was hurtful and I don't want that to happen again. This fight is a chance for me to just show what I can do."
