Pacquiao should call shots over Cotto - Ortiz

Miguel Cotto has no right to ask Manny Pacquiao to alter his fight demands, according to former WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz.
WBA light-middleweight champion Cotto is one of the options Pacquiao is considering as his next fight - however, the Filipino is asking Cotto to come down to the welterweight limit, 147lbs.
Cotto lost to Pacquiao at 145 in 2009 - losing via 12th-round stoppage - and is reluctant to drop down in weight again. However, Ortiz feels Pacquiao has every right to call the shots.
"Manny can do what he wants," Ortiz said to boxingscene.com. "He's the champ. He's the ruler of boxing and his division for a reason. As far as that goes, I leave that in their court. I can't really speak on his behalf, but all the best."
