Kell Brook has warned Amir Khan he would expose his chin if the pair ever stepped into the ring.

Khan, who has confirmed he will fight Carlos Molina on December 15, is eying a move up to welterweight in 2013.

While Khan insists Ricky Hatton is not currently on his radar, Brook, who he sparred with in his amateur days, could be a potential opponent.

But Brook, who is unbeaten in 28 fights as a professional, claims a knockout victory would be inevitable.

"If Amir comes up to 147lbs and he is in with me it is not going to be good," Brook told Sky Sports Ringside. "We know that he cannot take a shot too well. It would be just a matter of time before I landed one and he would be gone."

Brook believes former welterweight world champion Hatton would present a greater threat than Khan.

"I think Ricky would be the harder fight for me," he said. "Obviously with all his experience and he is an all-round fighter. He can take a shot and he keeps on coming. He has got a good engine on him."
