Carl Froch is ready to his "fists do the talking" when he takes on Arthur Abraham next month.

The pair will lock horns in Monaco on October 2 as part of the Super Six series and Froch is determined to bounce back from the first defeat of his career against Mikkel Kessler earlier in the year.

Froch felt he did enough to beat Kessler and is eager to prove the point against Abraham, who is also on the comeback trail after a loss to Andre Dirrell.

"I am going to let my fists do the talking but there will be only one winner on the night, there is no way that Abraham is going to beat me," Froch said.

Abraham has been beaten just once in his career, but feels his clash with Froch is a crossroads in his career.

"It is all or nothing now," Abraham said. "The stakes have never been higher. Carl Froch is a great fighter and I have a lot of respect for him. But I will be fighting for my life and I will leave the ring as the winner."
