Vitali could replace Wladimir as Haye opponent

David Haye could step into the ring with Vitali Klitschko, if the Ukrainian's brother Wladimir fails to prove his fitness.
A deal has been agreed for Haye to put his WBA belt on the line against Wladimir Klitschko, with the camps working on details such as the venue for the high-summer showdown.
However, Wladimir was forced to pull out of a defence of his version of the heavyweight belts against Dereck Chisora on account of a stomach problem and he is not yet fully fit.
If he does not prove his fitness to the Haye camp by the start of May, it is possible Vitali could step in to the breach.
"Third week of April we will make an announcement," Haye's manager Adam Booth told the Guardian of the likely venue. "By the first week of May, Wladimir will have to tell us if he is fit to fight."
