Formula One movie Rush won a BAFTA on Sunday night for best film editing but missed out on other awards for which it was nominated.

The movie is based around the lives of James Hunt and Niki Lauda and focuses on their thrilling battle for the 1976 world championship. It was nominated in four categories, including outstanding British film, but only picked up an award in the film editing category.

The film has not received any nominations for the upcoming Oscar ceremony in two weeks' time but did win two Golden Globes.
