BBC announces races it will broadcast live in UK

The BBC has announced the 10 grands prix it will show live in the UK in 2015, leaving another 10 exclusive to Sky Sports.

In the UK, the BBC has a deal to show half the races live and a shortened highlights package of the other 10. Sky Sports shows all 20 races live but as a subscriber service has a smaller audience per race than the BBC.

This year's races will be broadcast on the following channels in the UK:

Australian GP - Albert Park, March 15 (Sky Sports only)
Malaysian GP - Sepang, March 29 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Chinese GP - Shanghai, April 12 (Sky Sports only)
Bahrain GP - Sakhir, April 19 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Spanish GP - Barcelona, May 10 (Sky Sports only)
Monaco GP - Monte Carlo, May 24 (Sky Sports only)
Canadian GP - Montreal, June 7 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Austrian GP - Spielberg, June 21 (Sky Sports only)
British GP - Silverstone, July 5 (Sky Sports and BBC)
German GP - Nurburgring, July 19 (Sky Sports only)
Hungarian GP - Hungaroring, July 26 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Belgian GP - Spa-Francorchamps, August 23 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Italian GP - Monza, September 6 (Sky Sports only)
Singapore GP - Marina Bay, September 20 (Sky Sports only)
Japanese GP - Suzuka, September 27 (Sky Sports and BBC)
Russian GP - Sochi, October 11 (Sky Sports and BBC)
