Ecclestone coy over London GP at Olympic Park

Bernie Ecclestone has refused to give his backing to a London Grand Prix taking place around the Olympic Park, but is encouraged by the Olympic attendances.
One of the four final bids for the Olympic Stadium comes from an East London-based company called Intelligent Transport Solutions, with the aim of hosting a race around the Olympic Park. After watching the Olympics on Saturday, Ecclestone said he was keen on seeing a race in London but that there still wasn't a definitive circuit plan.
"It's surprising how many people have come out, it's good," Ecclestone told Reuters. "I'm sure we'd get big crowds.
"It depends on the circuit, at the moment we are just looking at that. Somebody is looking about going into the centre of the arena and out again, so whether that is going happen or not, we'll have a look and see."
Ecclestone also hinted that he remains interested at seeing a race staged in the centre of London.
"We looked before about something more in central London, so we'll see what happens. Let's get this out the way, and then we'll have a look at it."
