Korea DRS zone lengthened

The FIA has lengthened the DRS zone at the Korean International Circuit by 80 metres ahead of this weekend's grand prix.
The DRS activation zone is located on the km-long straight between turns two and three, with the detection point, where drivers must be within a second of the car in front, located between turns one and two. The activation point for the overtaking aid is now located 436 metres after turn two, meaning it takes up over half of straight.
Other changes to the circuit include a number of strips of green-painted asphalt where grass verges used to be and the lowering of the 'sausage kerb' at the final corner by 30mm, which was originally installed to stop drivers cutting the track.
