Samuel Eto'o has revealed he is not ruling out a summer move to the Premier League.

Eto'o says he is not certain to join Anzhi Makhachkala and could either stay at Inter Milan or move to England, where Manchester City and Tottenham have long been linked to his transfer.

Spurs, in particular, are in the market for a world class centre forward and have already been frustrated in their pursuit of Giuseppe Rossi.

Officials at Inter had previously indicated the deal for Eto'o to go to Russia was all but completed but, at a press conference in the Cameroonian city of Douala, the striker said on Saturday that no decisions have been taken.

"The negotiations with Anzhi are still going. It is possible I'll go, just as it's possible I will stay," Eto'o said. "The truth is that right now I am an Inter player, but I won't rule out a surprise from England.

"We'll have to wait for the end of the transfer market, which will be soon enough. When I leave Cameroon, the negotiations will continue."
