Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has revealed he has been mocked by Borussia Dortmund's players ahead of the Champions League clash between the sides.

Szczesny's Poland team-mates Lukasz Piszczek, Robert Lewandowski and Jakub Blaszczykowski, all of whom play for Dortmund, have teased him following the Gunners' 8-2 hammering at Manchester United last month.

But after the Gunners got back to winning ways by beating Swansea 1-0 on Saturday, Szczesny is confident that he will have the last laugh on Tuesday in Germany.

"There has been a little bit [of stick], I'm not going to lie," Szczesny told the Sun. "I think two of them will be playing on Tuesday and the one who was the loudest, Jakub, will be on the bench. They've been taking the mickey out of the 8-2 defeat but they can't get into my head. I will be focused. I hope after the game I will be the one who comes out on top with the banter."

Meanwhile, Wenger has revealed he will lean on new signing Per Mertesacker, a Germany international, for advice ahead of the Dortmund fixture. "He knows the Dortmund stadium well and knows German football. He talks and communicates with the team and when a German communicates, you listen," Wenger said.
