Tottenham move for Amauri interests Juventus

Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta has talked up the possibility of striker Amauri joining Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
Amauri, 31, has not played for Serie A leaders Juventus this season, and, with his current contract due to expire next summer, it has been suggested he could seal an exit when the transfer window reopens in January.
The Italian's agent has recently suggested both Tottenham and Fulham are interested in the forward, who joined Juve from Palermo for €22.8 million in the May 2008, sparking further conjecture a transfer is in the offing.
Marotta told Sky Sport Italia: "Amauri to Tottenham? On our side there is the desire to facilitate this eventual transfer. We must discuss the needs of the players and hope to be able to satisfy him."
Marotta also claimed Milos Krasic could join Amauri in leaving the club, with the Serbia international's future the subject of conjecture.
He said: "Sell him in January? This could be a possibility. He's experiencing a phase of involution at the minute but is a valuable player. He could be useful in the championship."
