Dawson delighted with training return

Tottenham have been handed a fitness boost after Michael Dawson returned to full training following four months on the sidelines.
Dawson's start to the season was ruined by an Achilles tendon injury, which has kept him sidelined since Spurs' 5-1 defeat to Manchester City. After a period of rest failed to alleviate the problem, he was sent for an operation in November.
The surgery went according to plan, but Spurs refused to put a date on Dawson's return to action. There is still no word on when he will be back in contention for a first-team start, but he took part in an active training session and emerged unscathed.
"Today was a great day for me as I returned to full training," Dawson wrote in his diary on the club's official website. "It felt great to be out there again.
"It's been a difficult few months, firstly getting to the bottom of the Achilles injury and eventually going for the operation (in November). It's been great since then.
"I've been back outside for the last couple of weeks doing my fitness work and it's fantastic to train with the lads again.
"I came through the session okay, everything's fine and I can't wait for the next step, being back out there playing again."
