Dawson one week from first-team return

Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson is aiming to make his first-team return in the FA Cup clash against Cheltenham Town on January 7, according to manager Harry Redknapp.
Dawson has not played since picking up an Achilles tendon injury during Spurs' 5-1 defeat to Manchester City in August, but came through a training session on Thursday.
"Michael trained yesterday for the first time, he'll do so again this morning [Friday] - it's great to see Michael back out there," Redknapp said. "He's a fantastic player. He's back - he's not ready to play yet, we're going to get a week's training for him, and in his mind he's aiming for next week, the FA Cup. It'd be great if we can get him fit for that."
Midfielder Aaron Lennon has been on the sidelines of late due to a hamstring complaint, and he is also set to make a return imminently.
"Aaron's coming along well with the rehab, he won't be ready [to play Swansea at the weekend] but he's not far away," Redknapp said.
Meanwhile, Redknapp lavished praise on Thierry Henry, who is on the brink of returning to Arsenal on a two-month loan deal.
"Fantastic. One of the great players in the Premier League, there's no doubt about that," Redknapp said. "He's a great guy as well, so I'm sure he'll be a good signing for Arsenal. He'll be good around the place - a top class professional."
