Arshavin not leaving at the moment - Wenger

Arsene Wenger addressed several issues at Friday's press conference, most noteworthy of which may well have been the future of Andrei Arshavin.
The Russia international has endured a tough season at the Emirates, prompting criticism from sections of the club's supporters, and he even featured in a recent reserve-team game as Arsenal looked to coax some form from the player.
Zenit St Petersburg general director Maxim Mitrofanov recently revealed he was in talks with the Gunners over the option of a loan deal for Arshavin, commenting in Sovietsky Sport: "Andrei still wants to play in England. [But] for Andrei it is very important to play in the Euros and being at a home club would be a good option in the current situation."
The transfer window in Russia does not close until late on Friday, making the potential for a move still possible. However, Wenger gave little of his time on the topic.
Asked if he expects Arshavin to leave in the near future, Wenger simply responded: "At the moment, no."
Arshavin took part in training at Arsenal's London Colney training ground on Friday and is expected to be part of the matchday squad to face Tottenham on Sunday.
