Denilson keen to extend Sao Paulo stay

Sao Paulo have claimed that Arsenal midfielder Denilson is keen to extend his loan deal with the Brazilian club.
Denilson, 24, returned to his former side Sao Paulo from Arsenal on a season-long loan agreement last summer after falling down the pecking order at Emirates Stadium.
Speculation has suggested his long-term future is likely to lie away from the Gunners, and Sao Paulo vice-president Joao Paulo de Jesus Lopes has claimed an extension to his current terms could be in the offing.
He said: "Our conversation was that we have every interest in continuing as we are. We want to renew at the end of the contract and he has said he wants too.
"He [Denilson] will speak with his representatives who will contact the English club. There is no rush because he is here until the middle of the year."
