Didier Drogba will miss Chelsea's trip to Arsenal on Saturday with a knee injury and may not be fit in time for the Blues' trip to Barcelona.

The Ivory Coast striker scored the winner in the Blues' Champions League semi-final first leg, but picked up a problem with his knee at Stamford Bridge.

Roberto Di Matteo confirmed that Drogba would play no part in Saturday's match, and would be assessed ahead of Tuesday's trip to Camp Nou.

He also confirmed that David Luiz would miss Saturday's match with a hamstring injury.

"Both David Luiz and Drogba will miss the game against Arsenal. Drogba picked up a knee injury against Barcelona and we will need to assess him over the next couple of days," Di Matteo said.
