City the perfect destination for Hazard - Mancini

Roberto Mancini has warned Sir Alex Ferguson that Manchester City are likely to make a summer bid for Eden Hazard.

Manchester United are among a host of top European sides tracking the highly-rated playmaker, but Mancini is hopeful of beating the likes of Real Madrid, AC Milan and Barcelona to his signature.

Mancini, who watched Hazard last month when Lille played Valenciennes, believes the Belgian is a perfect fit for City.

"I like Hazard a lot," Mancini told France Football. "He's a good player, he's young and he would do great things in our team. Given his technical qualities City would be the perfect destination for him.

"I know him and have been following him for a long time. He's a player a lot of teams want."
