Lampard: Di Matteo's CV looks 'incredible'

Frank Lampard has hailed interim boss Roberto Di Matteo for guiding Chelsea out of troubled waters and towards the FA Cup and Champions League trophies.
Di Matteo took the reins at Stamford Bridge following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas, who Di Matteo worked under as assistant manager, in March.
He inherited a dressing room that was reportedly fractured, but has managed to turn around the club's fortunes, with the highlight arriving when they beat Bayern Munich on penalties in the Champions League final on Saturday.
Although no judgement has been made on Di Matteo's future by the Chelsea's hierarchy, Lampard feels that the Italian could not have done more in the time he has spent with the Blues.
"It's the club's decision, [but] his CV looks incredible - he deserves [the job] as much as anyone, really," Lampard told Sky Sports.
"He took over at such a difficult time for us, and he's guided us. I don't know what's going to happen, but he's been brilliant."
