Chelsea are set to release both Salomon Kalou and Jose Bosingwa when their contracts expire in the summer.

Kalou, 26, and Bosingwa, 29, both started against Bayern Munich in Saturday's Champions League final, but are not expected to be named on the club's retained list on Thursday.

Bosingwa and Kalou will follow Didier Drogba in leaving the club after the striker confirmed he would leave Stamford Bridge after eight years.

Drogba's Ivory Coast team-mate Kalou, who was signed from Feyenoord in 2006, is out of contract, while Chelsea have not taken up a one-year option on Bosingwa's deal.

Kalou has made more than 250 appearances in six years at Chelsea, while Bosingwa has made 127 appearances during a four-year spell at the club.
