Speculation linking Marouane Fellaini with a move away from Everton has intensified, with boss David Moyes admitting the player could be sold in January.

Fellaini has been warned by Moyes for comments made earlier this month while on international duty, suggesting this could be his last season at Goodison Park.

The Belgium midfielder has subsequently moved to clarify the situation, saying he is happy in Liverpool - but Moyes admits Fellaini could depart if a big bid comes in.

"I won't say there's no chance in the next window because everybody is available throughout the world if the offer is right," Moyes is quoted as saying by the Mail on Sunday.

"But one thing I know is the transfer window is closed, so he's not going anywhere right now."

Fellaini has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid following an impressive start to the Premier League season.
