Fernando Torres has dismissed speculation linking him with a move away from Chelsea this summer.

Torres, 29, has been linked with a move to Napoli where Rafa Benitez has recently been appointed as manager and it is unclear if the Spain international is in new Blues boss Jose Mourinho's plans.

But the striker, who is two-and-a-half years into a five-year contract with the Europa League winners, says he is intent on honouring his agreement and is looking forward to the prospect of working under Mourinho.

Torres said: "I'm looking forward to the chance of working with Jose. It is the same every summer, there is talk and rumours every day.

"When I signed for Chelsea I signed for five-and-a-half years and I want to be there for all of that."

Torres' team-mate Branislav Ivanovic is also eager to begin work under former Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid coach Mourinho.

"I know it's going to be hard, but I'm happy and look forward to that," the defender said. "He is the best for what we can expect at Chelsea. Everyone who loves the club is so excited. A lot of fans will be so happy."
