Scott Parker must decide if he is ready to leave Tottenham Hotspur to move down to the Championship after Queens Park Rangers had a bid accepted for him.

Harry Redknapp - who signed Parker for Spurs from West Ham on transfer deadline day two years ago - confirmed on Friday that his former club are willing to let Parker, 32, move to Loftus Road.

Fulham are also said to be interested in bringing in the England international, who has fallen down the pecking order at White Hart Lane following the summer arrivals of Paulinho and Etienne Capoue and the return of Sandro from a long-term injury.

"We've made a good offer to Scott. It's up to him to make his mind up now if he wants to come here," Redknapp told a press conference ahead of Saturday's game against Ipswich Town. "The chairman has agreed a deal with Tottenham. It's up to Scotty now.

"Hopefully Scotty will feel the same and come here. We feel this is a club progressing and we'd love him to be part of it here."

The signing of Parker - who started all four of England's matches at Euro 2012 last summer and was voted the Football Writers' Association's Footballer of the Year in 2011 - would represent a major boost for QPR, who were relegated from the Premier League last season after finishing bottom of the table.
