- Newcastle v Chelsea
In-form Torres and Mata start for Chelsea
In-form striker Fernando Torres keeps his place in the Chelsea starting XI for Saturday's lunchtime kick-off with Newcastle, as Jose Mourinho's side look for their fourth consecutive league win.
Juan Mata is also handed a start following his impressive performance and goal against Arsenal in the League Cup on Tuesday.
A start for Petr Cech means the goalkeeper moves up to sixth in Chelsea's all-time appearance list, edging past Dennis Wise.
Alan Pardew has opted for a strike partnership of Shola Ameobi and Loic Remy, while Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor miss out through injury. Hatem Ben Arfa and Papiss Cisse have to settle for a place on the bench.
