Saido Berahino continued his impressive start to the season for club and country with two goals in England Under-21s' 3-0 win over Finland - but will now be suspended for their next match after being booked for revealing a tribute to his deceased father.

Manchester United's Michael Keane opened the scoring for Gareth Southgate's side before Berahino swept home from close range in the first half. The West Brom forward was booked for his celebration, as he lifted his shirt to reveal a t-shirt paying tribute to his late father. He will now miss England's next match against San Marino through suspension.

Finland went down to 10 men with Patrick O'Shaughnessy seeing red. Berahino then hit the bar before stroking Jesse Lingard's pass into the bottom corner from 12 yards to complete the scoring in the second half. His double took his tally for club and country this season to 12 goals in 13 games, with six in four for Southgate's side.

The victory saw England extend their lead over Wales at the top of their European U-21 Championship qualifying group.
