Liverpool look set to make a move for Mohamed Salah after manager Brendan Rodgers flew to Germany on Wednesday to watch the Basle winger.

The 21-year-old, dubbed the "Egyptian Messi" after scoring 17 goals in 26 international games, has been closely monitored by Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.

And according to the Daily Mail, Basle are ready to let their prized asset leave for the right price - expect to be around the £15 million mark.

Salah, who scored the winner against Chelsea in the Champions League group stage, is also being tracked by Turkish side Galatasaray and French giants Monaco.
