Chicharito a perfect fit for Real Madrid?

Javier Hernandez says Real Madrid have the best players in the world after completing his loan move from Manchester United.

The two clubs agreed a season-long loan deal with an option for Real to buy outright next summer, after Hernandez, 26, passed a medical in the Spanish capital on Monday morning.

His exit completed a dramatic overhaul of United's frontline, with Radamel Falcao signing on loan and Danny Welbeck leaving in a £16 million move to Arsenal as Louis van Gaal attempted to reshape a squad still without a win in the Premier League this season.

"First I want to say I am delighted to be here, and appreciate that Real Madrid made the effort for me to come here," Hernandez told reporters. "To wear this jersey is a dream for any player, to represent this grand institution. I hope things go well for me here. This is a dream come true. There is no player in the world who would say no to joining Real Madrid."

With Real already possessing an array of attacking talent, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema, it has been suggested Hernandez will play a similar bit-part role as during his time at United.

"I am coming here to do what I can, to give everything for this club," he said. "The fans will see a player who always gives everything, to try and help the team. This is a team game and the most important thing is for the club to keep winning trophies. I see this as an opportunity.

"When I went to England people doubted me as I was not the biggest or the strongest, but size was not so important. The best thing is to look at things very simply, to try and do your best. I just see this as a great opportunity to do what I do best in life, to play football. To be part of this great squad, with the best players in the world, is such an opportunity for me."
