Campbell ruled out for most of the season

Sunderland have been rocked by the news that Fraizer Campbell is likely to miss the majority of the season.
Campbell, 22, sustained a serious knee injury against Manchester City on Sunday and is expected to be out until the new year - at the earliest.
Manager Steve Bruce was clearly dejected by the news but insisted the former Manchester United striker would return from the setback.
"He has ruptured his cruciate knee ligaments, so he's going to be out for at least six months," he said in The Mirror. "It's a tragedy.
"Fraizer will be back. He is a larger-than-life character. He was just starting to show what he was about. But make no mistake - he will be back and he will be firing again."
