No approach for Elmander - Coyle

Owen Coyle has reiterated that he has received no contact from other clubs regarding Johan Elmander, and remains optimistic that the Swede will remain at Bolton beyond January.
The striker has been linked with a move away from the Reebok in January, and although Coyle admitted Elmander had "outgrown" the club, he insisted any interest in his players was a compliment to the current ability of his side.
"If he is admired and has suitors out there with big clubs, it is because Johan has been terrific for Bolton Wanderers, which I don't have a problem with," he said. "I would be more worried if nobody was looking at my players because it means we are not doing particularly well.
"There will be times that one or two will outgrow the football club. All of a sudden an elite club comes in, and I think I've got a few that can play for them, but that's the nature of football. But that's a problem you only deal with if and when it comes about.
"It's hypothetical at this moment in time but if it does arise we will deal with it and we will do the best by the football club. Ultimately Johan has to do what's best for Johan Elmander and his family."
Elmander recently revealed he would consider a move away from the Reebok Stadium, but insisted money would not be the deciding factor.
Coyle admitted he would not be surprised if Elmander decided to leave in January, but remained adamant that it was not a certainty.
"I'm not resigned to losing anyone," he said. "Johan comes in, he is enjoying his football, he is enjoying the group he works with, he enjoys working for the manager and I think we are getting the best out of him on the pitch.
"There's a lot to be said for whether you are happy in that environment and Johan knows that. Nothing could happen regarding players until January anyway, but there has been no contact regarding any of my players."
