Arsenal will be without goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski for Saturday's game against West Ham United.

Manager Arsene Wenger had hoped that the Pole would recover from a shoulder injury in time for the match, having missed both the FA Cup game against Leeds United last Saturday and the League Cup semi-final first leg against Ipswich Town on Wednesday, but after failing a fitness test on Friday morning the 25-year-old has been ruled out of the game at Upton Park.

"It's not very bad, it's just a question of days," Wenger said. "But he had the test this morning and he didn't make it."

Wenger did have some good news, however, as Robin van Persie, Denilson and Samir Nasri are all available for the game after the Brazilian overcame an injury scare and the other two missed the midweek defeat at Portman Road.

"They are all back," Wenger said. "The rest of the squad is similar to the squad we had last Saturday and last Wednesday, so you can see the team."

Arsenal have had former star Thierry Henry training with the first team squad this week, and Wenger again took the opportunity to hail the Frenchman's input.

"We are always happy to have him back, because he still has the quality to play at the top of the game," Wenger said. "I think he enjoys it, and the players who played with him enjoy having him with us because he's an Arsenal man.

"Thierry was somebody who was very sharp. He can give good advice because he analysed defenders very well. It was a good experience for him and for us."

New York Red Bulls forward Henry will continue to train with the club until he returns to the United States on January 19.
