United score three in Milan

Wayne Rooney scored twice as Manchester United came from a goal behind to beat AC Milan 3-2 at the San Siro.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side will take a one-goal lead and three valuable away goals to the return leg at Old Trafford on Wednesday March 10, but they will be without Michael Carrick who was sent off in the dying minutes.
Ronaldinho stunned United, putting the home side ahead after three minutes and for the opening twenty minutes it was a one-sided affair. But United clawed their way back into the match Paul Scholes' scrambled equaliser after 36 minutes saw the sides go into the break level.
United were the better side after the break, Rooney struck twice in eight minutes to put United 3-1 up, but Clarence Seedorf's stunning backheel five minutes from time gave Milan a glimmer of hope.
In the evening's other Champions League fixture, Lyon held on to beat Real Madrid 1-0.
Jean Makoun's brilliant second-half strike gave Lyon a deserved lead and Real were unable to find a response. Substitute Karim Benzema made an impact against his former club, but Manuel Pellegrini's side were unable to secure an all-important away goal.
