O'Neill eyes return to management
Martin O'Neill claims the Premier League is the envy of Europe and admits he is keen to return to manage in the English top flight.
The former Celtic boss left Aston Villa at the beginning of the season and after eight months out of a job O'Neill admits he is keeping his eye out for a return to management, and believes there is no better place than the Premier League.
"It's been an exciting league for quite a number of years," O'Neill told Sky Sports News. "I think it's the envy of a lot of other teams in Europe.
"The Spanish league is terrific but it's a two-horse race. The German league is very strong and very well supported, but I think the Premier League is something to be proud of.
"I miss it a great deal and at some stage or another I would like to get an opportunity to manage there again."
