Harry Redknapp is confident Gareth Bale will not miss Tottenham's run-in after the midfielder picked up a knee injury in the North London derby.

Bale required treatment after a collision with Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, but hobbled through the first half before being substituted by Aaron Lennon during Spurs' 3-3 draw with Arsenal.

But despite Bale's visible discomfort, Redknapp insisted it was just a minor knock.

"It shouldn't be too bad, " Redknapp said. "He got a knock but he'll get plenty of them over the next few years."

Redknapp also confirmed midfielder Luka Modric was unscathed after being frequently "chopped down" by Arsenal defenders.

"He is a tough little lad," Redknapp added. "He gets up and gets on with it."
