Rose and Walker commit to Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur returned to training on Monday and rising stars Danny Rose and Kyle Walker were handed new contracts.
Rose and Walker, England Under-21 internationals, have signed new deals until 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Defender Walker spent spells on loan with Queens Park Rangers and Aston Villa last season - making a total of 38 appearances.
Rose, who joined Spurs from Leeds for a fee in the region of £1 million, set the bar high by scoring on his Spurs debut against their fierce north London rivals Arsenal.
He had a spell on loan at Bristol City last term, before playing the final four games of the campaign at left back for Spurs.
Rose is looking to secure a regular spot in manager Harry Redknapp's plans next season.
"It is great," Rose told Sky Sports News. "I was enjoying it last season as I was in the team. I want to start next season like I ended the last one.
"I want to be at Tottenham for the rest of my career, they realised how hard I had worked, and I am delighted to have a deal for the next four years.
"The gaffer has said he does not want me going out on loan and that is good news for me. I have just got to work hard and see where it gets me."
