Christian Klien hopeful of HRT race drive

Former Jaguar and Red Bull Racing driver Christian Klien remains hopeful of driving in at least one grand prix with the HRT team this season.
The fledging F1 outfit has recently been juggling its racing duties amongst Sakon Yamamoto, Bruno Senna and Karun Chandhok but Klien is another of HRT's contracted drivers. He has already made two outings for the team during Friday practice in Barcelona and Valencia.
"It's hard to say," Klien told the Austrian daily Kurier. "All four drivers in HRT are equally placed. It depends entirely on the team. I will try to be in the car as much as possible to accumulate experience."
Klien is comfortably the most experienced driver currently on HRT's books with 48 grands prix already under his belt. And although he hopes to be a contender for a full race seat with HRT next season, the young Austrian says he is keeping his options open.
"I get along very well with the team's people and also the boss [Colin Kolles]. I am also speaking with other [F1] teams."
