Romain Grosjean says that scoring the first victory for a team named Lotus since Ayrton Senna would make a win even more special.

Lotus has been impressive so far this season, coming close to race victories on a number of occasions and scoring four second-place finishes. Although the team doesn't lay claim to the Lotus history having previously been Toleman, Benetton and Renault, Grosjean admits that it would be a special moment to take the Lotus name back to the top step of the podium for the first time since Senna in Detroit in 1987.

"I do not think the pressure (to win) is more," Grosjean told Totalrace. "I think that F1 is already filled with pressure. If we win, it will be fantastic for the team personnel in the factory for all we have done since the beginning of the year and all we have achieved.

"And if I was the first driver to win for Lotus since Ayrton Senna, it would be something more to the process and more a cause for happiness. It would be even more of a pleasure."
