Mercedes to buy out remaining Brawn stake

Mercedes is expected to take complete control over its team by buying out the remaining shares held by Ross Brawn and his partners.
The report in Auto Motor und Sport said a deal to make Mercedes and Daimler shareholder AABAR the 100% owner by buying out the 24.9% stake in the hands of Brawn and others will be in place by the start of the season.
Team boss Brawn will be retained but only as an employee.
