Floyd beats Shane, says no Manny compromise

Floyd Mayweather Jnr defeated Shane Mosley via a unanimous points decision to extend his unbeaten record to 41 fights, before insisting that he will only take on Manny Pacquiao if the Filipino agrees to his drug-testing demands.
Mayweather survived an early scare against Mosley when his legs buckled after being struck by a right hook in the second round. After that, Mosley was unable to consistently land threatening shots as Mayweather used his lightning reflexes to evade jabs and throw some of his own.
With Mosley - five years older than his opponent - visibly tiring towards the end of the fight, Mayweather seized control of the contest. It was no surprise, then, that he was awarded the victory by the judges; two awarded him 11 of the 12 rounds.
Afterwards, Mayweather again stated that he was unwilling to compromise in his drug-testing row with Pacquiao. The latter wants the tests to stop 24 days prior to the fight, while Mayweather wants them to continue until 14 days before the bout.
"If Manny Pacquiao wants to fight, it's not hard to find me," Mayweather said. "We were going to make this fight happen a couple of months back. We couldn't make it happen, so we moved on.
"All I want to do is be on an even playing field. If every athlete is keen, then take the test. I'm willing to take the test. Like I've said before, if Manny Pacquiao takes the blood and urine tests, we can make the fight happen. [If he doesn't] then we got no fight."
