I need British record to win Olympic gold - Ennis

Jessica Ennis believes she will need a record-breaking score to win heptathlon gold at London 2012.
The world silver medallist admits only a British record will be enough if she is to secure the one title that has eluded her.
Ennis is one of Britain's best hopes for a gold medal in the Olympic Stadium next summer, but she knows it will require her best performance yet if she is to achieve her Olympic dream - Ennis' personal best of 6823 is just eight points short of Denise Lewis' national record.
"I'll have to break the British record, definitely," Ennis told The Sun. "I think it could take 6900 points to win and that's going to be really, really tough."
Having been forced to withdraw from the 2008 Beijing Games with a foot injury, Ennis is determined to avoid further Olympic heartbreak next summer.
"When I start competing I will just say no to all the media and other stuff," she said. "It will all be over before you know it. The main thing now is staying injury-free and being in a position to give yourself the chance on the day."
