Rex Mossop is a former dual-code international who played eight times for the Wallabies before switching codes to rugby league. He played for the Manly club from 1948 to 1951 at second row.
Having switched to league with a move to Leigh in England, Mossop had a long and distinguished career as a professional and he made is second Australia debut at the age of 30 in 1958 and was on the losing side in two Grand Finals. He retired in 1958 and became a successful television pundit.
