RB11 needs improvement but has 'big potential' - Kvyat

Daniil Kvyat is confident his Red Bull has "big potential" this year but admits the team needs to make improvements at the final pre-season test next week.
Kvyat rounded off Red Bull's second test with 104 laps and the third fastest time on Sunday. He has now completed four test days in the RB11 and is starting to ease his way into life at one of Formula One's biggest teams.
"I think I'm still learning a few things myself and getting used to the car and the team and each other," he said. "I think the steps we are making are good and encouraging. There is big potential, but how big only time will show.
"Regardless of the lap times of the other teams, we obviously have to aim for an improvement and we are always aiming like that and trying to improve. Hopefully we are going to make it."
Kvyat is following in the footsteps of his team-mate Daniel Ricciardo, who last year also made the jump from the Toro Rosso junior team to Red Bull. Ricciardo finished in second place at his first race with the team (although was later disqualified) and Kvyat is starting to allow himself to think about his Red Bull debut in three weeks' time.
"I have been thinking of course, but there is nothing I can say right now. We can only achieve something once we are there, so we have to be patient and come there ready enough. Doing many laps at this test helps and I am getting more confident with the team. It's very helpful, it's very good."
