Robert Kubica won his class and took third place overall at last weekend's Rallye d'Antibes in the south of France.

At the wheel of a Renault Clio S1600, he finished just 2:35.3 off the leader and ahead of several faster S2000 cars. He won his A6 class and topped the timesheets on three of the 14 stages.

The rally was a part of the FIA European Championship and took place on some of the same stages as the Monte Carlo Rally, which he retired from earlier this year with engine failure.

Kubica will return to the cockpit of his more familiar Renault R30 F1 car this weekend in Korea.
