Recently-announced Renault test drivers Ho-Pin Tung and Jerome d'Ambrosio will race under the team's yellow-and-black livery in GP2 next season.
The DAMS team, previously managed by Renault boss Eric Boullier, will become a part of the French manufacturer's driver development programme this season. It has been a mid-grid GP2 team since the championship's inaugural year in 2005, but will now act as a finishing school for Renault's driver development programme.
"DAMS will become the Renault F1 junior team in GP2, the formula that opens the door to the top category in motor racing," the GP2 team said in a statement.
D'Ambrosio, who has raced for the team for the past two years, said: "Driving a black and yellow car will be something very special and I'm determined to display these colours in the way they deserve."
Tung and d'Ambrosio are managed by Gravity, a company run by Boullier and owned by Renault majority shareholder Genii Capital.
