Sauber to appeal van der Garde judgement

Sauber is appealing the Victoria Supreme Court's judgement that Giedo van der Garde should drive one of its cars at this weekend's Australian Grand Prix.
The dispute has been rumbling on all week and on Wednesday morning the Supreme Court found in favour of van der Garde, requiring Sauber to let him drive this weekend. However, after highlighting concerns that it could jeopardise safety, Sauber has decided to appeal the decision.
The appeal hearing took place at 15:15 on Wednesday but has been adjourned until Thursday morning, just one day before practice gets underway.
If Sauber's appeal fails either Marcus Ericsson or Felipe Nasr will have to make way for van der Garde at this weekend's race.
